Here's an insider tip from my work: your electricity rates are going up by 20% by the end of the year.

What to do: 1) if you haven't switched to CFLs yet, replace all dead incandescent bulbs with CFLs for now on 2) if your fridge is too cold, change the settings so it works less hard 3) stop using space heaters and put on a damned sweater
